ENG 201 - Survey of World Literature I


This course is a survey of the great works of world literature, stressing the development of ideas from ancient times through the Renaissance and exploring the cultural traditions that built the modern world. Employing the critical and analytical skills acquired in university writing, the course is designed to develop a student’s knowledge and appreciation of literature as a reflection of the humanities.
