HEA 302 - Clinical Nutrition This course is designed to introduce students to nutritional risk identification and evidence based nutritional care for diseased and special populations. By the end of this course students will be able to: Identify nutritional risk factors for specific disease pathologies Provide nutritional treatments to prevent disorders/diseases and to support signs and symptoms Implement basic nutritional treatment plans for diseased/special populations.
